Do I need to create an account to place an order?  

No, you don’t have to make an account to place an order.  However, having an account with Riley’s Way allows you to track orders, manage shipping addresses, acquire exclusive downloads and promotions. 

Is my information safe?

We implement rigid physical and virtual measures to ensure the safety of your data. For your guidance and reference, here is our Privacy Policy.  

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes. Our servers use website encryption and advanced e-commerce security solution to safeguard your details.  

Are the products on the website new?

Riley’s Way, LLC warrants that all our products are brand new.

Are all the products in stock?

All of our products are in stock unless there is a pre-sale. Should there be an insufficiency of inventory, we will always provide notice for products out of our stock.  We will also remove out of stock items from your order list.  

How do I select the items I want to purchase?

Once you’ve chosen the item you want to buy, click on the “add to cart” button to add the item to your shopping cart or the “buy now” button to purchase now.

How do I know what I placed in my shopping cart?

Click the shopping purse icon on the top of the page, and you will be directed to your shopping cart window. Use the mouse to browse through it. You may also cancel, remove or add the quantity of items through the shopping cart. 

How do I remove items from the cart? 

Simply click on the remove button (unclick the checkbox) for the item you want to remove. 

What are your payment methods?

Riley’s Way accepts the following payment methods:

How do I know that Riley’s Way received my order?

We will send a notification to your provided email to confirm your orders a few minutes after you’ve checked them out.  

Where is my order now?

Riley’s Way will keep you updated on your orders via email and/or the contact number you’ve provided or track your order here.

How long does it take to ship?

Domestic deliveries ships within 7 business days for domestic transactions. 

Do you have your own courier service? 

As of the now, we tap third-party service provider for all our deliveries.

What is your return policy period?

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days from the date of receipt in accordance with the Riley’s Way Shipping and Return Policy.

Can I change or cancel my order once placed?

Unfortunately no, but you may return or exchange them based on our Return and Exchange Policy.

How do I know the sizes fit my child?

We utilize the standard US measurements with indicated international counterparts. To determine the correctness of fit, take your children’s measurements and compare it to our measurement tables.
